Also, encountering a remote contact system is very weird when you expect at least some tea when you arrive. I expected a welcome gift for all my troubles, yet nothing. Disappointed, to say the least.

Save your time
A fantastic stay for our family! The rooms were not only spacious but equipped with kitchen amenities, making snack time a breeze. The location is stellar, just a short walk to both Asakusa Station and the iconic Senso-ji temple. Plus, the laundry convenience was a lifesaver. Recommended for family trips!

The room was spacious with a kitchen, perfect for family. However, automatic lights at night disturbed sleep.

Spacious family room with a comfy kitchen perfect for late-night snacks. The collection of amenities, including a washing machine, made life a bit easier during our stay.
Conflicting information on luggage storage left us frustrated. it was listed as available, but ultimately we couldn't use it. The unmanned front desk led to wasted time upon arrival—early check-in was impossible, causing us to wait without assistance. Additionally, the motion-sensitive lights were annoying at night, disturbing our sleep when anyone moved around.

We had an awesome stay at this spot! The room was not only spacious but also had a great kitchen where we could prepare snacks. It was super close to the Senso-ji temple, making our sightseeing easy and fun during our family trip with friends.
In my wife’s opinion, clearer info on luggage storage would improve family stays.

The room was massive, which was great for hanging out with friends. We visited the Great Tokyo Air Raid Memorial and the city center, both just a short distance away. The fridge was huge, and the washing machine made everything easier. Plus, we could stream our favorites on the TV.
A slight inconvenience was that we had trouble finding the nearest subway line. it took longer than expected. Make sure to check the map closely to figure out the closest route.

This place was a fine choice for a brief stop-in in Tokyo with decent value for money. The washing machine in the room was a great surprise, making it easy to refresh our clothes during the trip. Consider packing light since there's laundry available right at your fingertips.

Spacious and clean accommodations felt like a second home, perfectly catering to our family needs. The kitchen was ideal for storing snacks, and having a separate toilet and bath setup made our mornings much smoother. The proximity to public transport and iconic sights was a significant advantage for exploring. However, some confusion over luggage storage policies and difficulty finding the nearest subway line were minor setbacks during our stay.

Family with children suitable
The layout of the room was impressive! It had a nice kitchen so we could prepare some after exploring, and the fridge was big enough for our snacks. On top of that, the bathroom had a space heater which dried our clothes nicely after laundry—felt like a game changer in winter. Plus, we couldn’t get over how the toilet and bath were separated which helped in the mornings before heading out! It really created a comfortable feel for our family rather than the usual cramped vibe mom and dad often get stuck with.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for what we got in return.
